Swinging is non-monogamous sexual activity, centered around social gatherings, and often experienced as couples. It is commonly referred to as the "lifestyle." Kevin and Aggie Brodeur met at a swinger party 12 years ago; one year after that, they started hosting parties at their home. Anywhere from 150-300 people attend. Despite the taboo surrounding the lifestyle, swinging is more than just sex. "It's about putting a smile on people's faces and building a community," Kevin says. One that they believe incorporates and transcends sexual activity.
